CABLE MASTER started life as the ORITRON Cable Company selling air spaced cable to the domestic market in Australia distributing through TANDY and DICK SMITH. Oritron cable was also the cable of choice for Mr. Antenna.
In January 1995 PAY TV started in Australia with Galaxy TV. The need to develop a superior cable for Satellite and Digital TV lead Oritron to the USA and in 1999 CABLE MASTER was formed.
In 2002 CABLE MASTER was awarded FOXTEL approval for their RG6 Quad Shield cable and, soon after, Optus came on board.
All CABLE MASTER cables meet all Australian standards and are manufactured to the highest standards. CABLE MASTER RG6 Quad is approved by the United Nations.
