CABLEMASTER has been making Coaxial cables since the mid 1980’s. In the early days it was air spaced cable with copper braiding.
In 1996 with the introduction of PAY TV in Australia, CABLEMASTER started working very closely with American manufacturers and started manufacturing Broadband cables. In 2002 CABLEMASTER RG6QUAD shield was approved by FOXTEL for commercial installations.
In 2006 CABLEMASTER was invited by FOXTEL to help re-right their cable specifications for domestic cables and was instrumental in removing many substandard cables from their network.
In 2006 CABLEMASTER was awarded OPTUS approval for their RG6QUAD Shield cable.
